Established in 2016, Paintback is an industry led stewardship scheme that collects and repurposes unwanted paint and packaging, diverting millions of kgs from landfill and vital waterways. Paintback decided to enter the supply chain and build a world first – Paint Circularity Economy Headquarters (or PaCE HQ for short) that is dedicated to the end-to-end processing and sustainable management of unwanted paint and its packaging. With everything under one roof, PaCE HQ gives Paintback the ability to process and repurpose thousands of litres of unwanted paint, plastic and metal packaging a day, creating new products and materials for the circular economy.
